In pursuit of finding a simple, elegant and affordable, playful, regenerative exercise Richard was lucky to have been taught a little trick with paper - a great tool to mobilise ones body and mind. You can find several instructions how to make a propeller yourself on youtube. Richard designed a little box to promote the trick, share the flow and named it PAPERWORKOUT.
Each paperworkout-box is handmade of recycled japanese newspapers.
