Richard´s special recipe for a very rich, healhty fats, protein packed smoothie for all day.

Ingredients ( all organic if possible )

  • Millet cooked ( white rice also works )
  • Dates 
  • Tahine 
  • Spirulina 
  • Ghee 
  • Kardamom Seeds 
  • Banana 
  • Hot Water 
  • Any Plant based Milk ( Rice or Oat or Almond, etc. ) 
  • Fresh Blueberries


millet, dates, ghee

1tablespoon fresh grounded cardamom

top up with hot water


add 1 heapeful teasoon spirulina

watch it turn soylent green

add banana

check consistency

enjoy ;)

Recipe makes about 1250ml: 

Fill Blender with

  • ca. 3-5 handful Millet
  • ca. 15 Dates without kernel ( a handful )
  • 2 Tbsp Ghee
  • 1 Pinch grounded Kardamom
  • 1 Tbsp Tahine

    Top up with hot water to about 1000ml mark

    - start on slow speed
    blend for about 30-60seconds until smooth

  • Add
    1 heaped Teaspoon Spirulina

    - start on slow speed going full speed
    blend for about 30 seconds

  • Add
    1x Banana

    blend for about 30 seconds

    Taste to see if consistency is right

  • if too thick add plant milk
  • if too thin add Millet and Banana
  • if cooked Millet comes from the fridge,
    soak the Millet and Dates for a few minutes in the blender with hot water.

Fill in Glasses -
serve with Blueberries on top
