ABOUT COLOR DANCE
COLOR DANCE is an embodied practice where movement becomes a way of seeing. Through dance, we tune into sensation and presence, allowing the body to lead perception. From this shared inner alignment, creative energy emerges as a direct translation - not an illustration of ideas, but a transmission of felt experience.
Conscious movement and intuitive creation become one.
CONSCIOUS MOVEMENT
Is a physical and sensory training developed designed to support the functional needs of the body and expand its expressive capacity. Sessions include exercises focused on physical structure, sensory stimulation and guided imagination.This work promotes body awareness and efficient movement patterns, facilitating the release of unnecessary tension. As a result the body becomes a receptive and expressive channel.
INTUITIVE CREATION
Through stimulation of the senses, image and form emerge naturally and are translated into visual work. It is a practice of trust, presence and discovery in the creative process.
