CONSCIOUS MOVEMENT is a physical and sensory training designed to support the functional needs of the body and expand its expressive capacity. Sessions include exercises focused on physical structure, sensory stimulation and guided imagination.This work promotes body awareness and efficient movement patterns, facilitating the release of unnecessary tension. As a result the body becomes a receptive and expressive channel.​

INTUITIVE CREATION emerges through stimulation of the senses, where image and form emerge naturally and are translated into visual work. It is a practice of trust, presence and discovery in the creative process.
